First of all, get into memory following the directions of the previous 
posts.  Then once you have your frequency and proper offset entered, press 
the A key and then 7.  This puts you into the list of PL tones.  Turn the 
VFO wheel until you hear the low tone which is at the lowest PL tone that 
radio carries.  Then, turning the dial counter clockwise, count 26 clicks, 
because position 26 is the PL tone you want.  Then enter the information 
into the 000 memory.
