Do you want a digital trunked scanner or just analog
trunked or just analog
conventional? I have the RS Pro-96 which is a great
digital trunked scanner
but overkill if you just want to listen to mil-air and
the local ham
repeaters and anything else that's conventional fm/AM.

Subject: portable scanners, any opinions

Hey guys,
I need a suggestion for a portable scanner that is
easy to program, either
by the keypad, or through software.
Any ideas?

Thanks,
Jed
