Sure Reeva! My Loving One, I'll take you and Mari on for a lovings
and squeezings contest. lol. And, anyone else who wants to see how
hard they can squeeze! lol. I can out squeeze anyone! <grin> lol.
Just ask my new Born-Again-Christian friend who is a near neighbor.
Her and I have prayed together. I love her a whole bunch. She gave me
a beautiful angel today, that said I was her Sister in Christ. I gave
her the NIV Bible in drama version on CD and the Entire Left Behind
Series audio books on CD. Her name is Mary Farrell. Her husband, Jim
owns the hardware store here in town. We have 2 Christmas presents to
open from them. It's going to behard to wait. lol. They love to squeeze! lol.
We had our anual Christmas party tonight, and she brought more
appetizers than I have ever seen at a party! lol. She brought fudge,
rumb balls, crackers and spread, pinwheels, party mix, Little
Smookies done in barbecue sauce, and someone else brought the same
thing, but made a little differently, and someone brought shrimp, and
dip, and we had Lazagna, tossed green salad, veggies and dip, creamed
corn, garlic bread, and lots of red wine. lol. Someone brought cheese
cake, and ice cream and Ammeredo taquilla to put on the ice cream. I
was toooooooooooo full to eat any dessert, so mine is in the freezer.
lol. Tomorrow, we'll enjoy all the great left overs. I was so full, I
was very uncomfortable. lol. I had to take a Pepcid AC. lol.
I'm fine, and I did not get sick. lol. I bet my blood sugar is high!
not good, but tomorrow, no loving peanut briddle for me. Vernon gave
everyone peanut briddle to take home. We provided the Lazagna and
nuts and peanut briddle, and bunches of lovings and squeezings, and
everyone was so loving! lol.
We exchanged white elephant gifts, and we played this card game with
them. One would call out a card, and who ever had it had to pick a
gift and they had to know who had it. lol. Then they had to hide the
gift, and someone else would have another card that was called out,
and they would say they wanted theSanta that Mary had, or the
beautiful Plate that Rodney Perry had, or the flash light that Andy
Vincent had, or something like that. We had to hide the gifts behind
us and I ended up with a pack of TP and a plunger. lol. It was so much fun!
Several people brought me a hostess gift. One person gave me a
beautiful bottle of perfume, and some bath lotion, and another couple
gave me a very expensive bottle of wine, and we just had a very
loving time. Everyone was so sweet.
Okay, I've rambled on long enough. lol.
I'm praying for all of you.
