Amen!!!!!  And, you got that wrong, Brad.  The best one I've heard is thank 
you for calling.  If you would like to speak to a representative in English, 
press 1.  If you would like to speak to a representative in Spanish, press 
1.  If you wouldl ike something else, press 1.  If you would like to pay 
your bil over the telephone, press 1.  If you really don't care what you 
want or don't know, press 1.
