Sharon,

It wouldn't matter if there wasn't a specifically Biblical reference.  They
are under the age of accountability, so called, and the Enemy knows this.
Thus, he takes advantage of it when he can.  The child is not guilty, of
course, but the child often suffers from the lies they were told by the
Enemy far into adulthood; maybe even to the end of their life.
