Hi all,

This is just a quick post to let you know that God has heard us and
answered.  The water levels did not peak nearly as highly as predicted in
our area yesterday and overnight and I know, I know, I know that this is an
answer to prayer!

Those of you who are intercessors will know something of what this time has
been and is about for me.

It's not over yet, in that parts of the country still remain in very deep
need and, oh, how I wish I could meet some of it.  You know, I wonder
whether I'm going too far in thinking that God takes those longings of our
hearts (to aid others when we cannot) and those things are "done" and
counted to us as righteous acts, not that we are anything without Him but,
with Him and the beating of His heart, we do have a hand in what's going on.

Perhaps I should not take this thinking any further right now but to say I'm
tired, still not feeling great and have a fairly busy day ahead of me,
stocking up food, preparing for a house group meal together this evening,
etc.

Thank you again, dear brothers and sisters, for standing with us.

May His Name be forever praised!
