Jerry, I'm about to post an e-mail I got from the lady selling that rig.  She's
decided she wants a bidding war.  I made her a good faith offer for immediate
payment for the rig and she sent me back an e-mail asking how much I'd pay for
it as she had several folks looking at it.  If you can't get a good faith
response to an advertised price I'd be pretty iffie about spending that kind of
money besides the fact that you'll now apparently have to bid on the gear.
