Si le corpore director del UMI dicer me que accepta enviar un proposta
oficial de association al Union Latin, io comenciara ora a facer un
texto initial de proposta, a esser complementate, meliorate e
subsequentemente aprobate per le directoria del UMI. Intertanto, io
sol habera motivation pro facer lo se io obtene le aval (benediction)
explicite del UMI. In iste manera, mi action depende de un decision
politic del corpore director.
