i found that most of my delay at dmv today was becouse
the small office of two workers was overwhelmed
becouse the whole county scholl system was on "fall
break" and all the countries kids were there to get
permits. all takeing written and road test. if i'd
know i'd have waited until next week. the office for
placards was the office issuing plates so that took no
time to speak of.
