I bought a new TMV71 at our local hamfest in February.

I notice that both the volume controls reach a certain minimum point beyond 
which they simply cut the sound off rather than continuing to fade it down.

There are times when this minimum setting is louder than I would prefer.

Is this standard behavior for this rig?
