I found out the hard way that the ALT-H method can give inaccurate 
info.  I thought I had no more upgrades left and called FS to buy 
another SMA.  An honest salesperson told me I had two more upgrades 
coming.  She said that the best way to check on SMA counts is to go 
to www.fsactivate.com, and enter in your serial number.
