Here's a little thingy in the K3 FAQ about the digital voice recorder.  
Sounds as though Elecraft is going to use it in similar fashion to  
what Kenwood's done; i.e. voice output with digital voice recorder in  
one module.

.  Some buffer space will be designated to functional feedback for  
sight-challenged operators.  How much space available for the DVR will  
depend on how much space this takes.  Specs will be posted when  
testing is complete.
