Oh no, I bought one brand new and in the box at a ham fest here in June.  It 
covers just the 2 meter band, and to answer the question about apco25 Jeff, 
you have to get commercial gear for that, yes.  That's really the problem 
with digital anything, it's going to cost money to get into.
