Their is a low cost adaptive technology loan in every state.  Mine is at 5 
per cent, and I pay $92 a month of my own money.  I borrowed 4,000 and it 
will take 4 years to pay it off.  Then I can borrow more.  It's amazing what 
choices you make when you are spending your money.  This program is 
available for people who because of their incomes, would not be eligible for 
conventional loans.
