Actually, that's not a whole lot more than the LDG high-power tuner, but I
hate to spend as much for a tuner as I paid for the whole damned radio.
Maybe one of those Palstar tuners will turn up used somewhere. Meanwhile,
I'll stick with my old Icom AT-500. It doesn't cover all the bands, but it
works well on the ones I use.
