My dear Mari,

Be assured, I'm praying ...

Can't sleep anyway, so there must be that good reason.

My mind too is racing in all sorts of directions ... and I'm finding it 
really difficult this week to get sleep.  Relaxation is something I'm 
definitely not good at.  Anyway, don't want to take away from anything 
you've said, except to say that, along with others on list, share these very 
bad times.

Keep me posted, please.
