I'll echo what has already been said. I'm using a manual tuner
made by Palstar. Easy to tune with the TW-1 tuning aid. Also built like
a tank and handles the 700 watts ssb I can dump into it.
If you're going to invest in a external tuner, try and think ahead a bit.
If you plan to work 6 meters in the future, consider a tuner that will cover
6. If you think you may add a amp to your station, it's sometimes easier and
cheaper in the long run to buy a tuner now that will handle your future
needs rather than buy small and cheap now and then have to do it all over
again later.
