gigaparts has the jetstream power supplies too.
I got my samlex power supply from HRO. I've never even seen the samlex power 
supply get hot yet and I've sure run it hard a time or 2, it has a fan in it 
in case but I can't say I've heard it. It just doesn't get warm.
