Hi Anthony.
I am not sure of the best supplier, but they should install right in the
line between your computer and the amplifier. The idea is to isolate the
grounds andcouple the sound signal through a 1 to 1 transformer. Make sure
that you have your transformers placed well away from your monitor to avoid
picking up any stray magnetic field from the monitor. Enclosing them in a
metal box might be a good move to reduce that problem.
