Virgie,

I understand your frustration. I had one young lady years ago who seemed OK 
but then separated from her newlywed husband and wound up living in her 
car, eventually not showing up... not like I can take the truck and tend to 
the route the best I can with one person :). Another guy worked for two 
weeks and just never showed up again, actually I believe he left with a 
fist full of dollars :). Anyway have you tried dipping in the pool of 
retired folks? Early retired folks or  even just your garden 
variety  retired folks show up for work on time, have great work ethics, 
and usually don't need all the benefit packages a younger person needs. And 
today there is more of a need for folks to wokr too post retirement and a 
nice job  working for a nice lady such as yourself would be appreciated too :).
