Hi all,
I have been having trouble with employees for some time now.  About the time 
I think I am getting it under control something else comes along and knocks 
the props right from under me.  The latest reason for someone not to come to 
work is a real shocker.  This persons daughter calls this morning and says 
my mom can't come to work today because she is in jail.  How sad for that 
child to have to make that phone call.  I am frustrated because I need a 
reliable worker but I am feeling sorry for that child who made that phone 
call.  I just needed to vent I guess.  Please pray for that family and for 
me.
