Virgie,
If you want the same line each time to go below your name, do the following:
1) Alt+T - Tools; Hit O for Options, Shft+Tab once then right arrow over
till you reach Signatures.
Now you can tab around. The first box will need to be checked (spacebar) if
you want to add this signature to all outgoing messages, otherwise you can
select it just when you want it at any time after writing a message.
2) Tab to New and hit "Enter" (or hit Alt+N if you prefer).
3) Now type that end part just as you want to see it. Include the
carriage returns at the beginning which come between the end of your message
and signature line if you want. Also you can cut and paste from something
else here.
The Advanced section, further round in that tab, allows you to save this
signature as a stand alone file instead of just the signature.
The rest should be self-explanatory but give me a shout if you're stuck.
