Howard,
I don't think mine works very well on 160, but I'm not surprised. Don't
know about 60 because my Icom AT500 doesn't do that band, and the internal
tuner on the 480 can't handle the mismatch. It might work better if I could
raise the center another 30 feet, but I won't know until I try it.
The Cobra is a very quiet antenna on RX. In fact, sometimes I've wondered
if it was broken when the band was in bad shape, but it always loads and
seems to work. As I've said before, I'm very pleased with this antenna.
