Probably one of those cute CB like radios,  40 chanels with a slider vfo to 
get between the chanels on the switch.  When the band opens in a few years, 
that radio will work great!  25 watts PEP or so.  Very hot receivers in 
those things. Power supply like the vhf mobil radio uses is perfect!  You 
will be able to work DX on that by 2009 or 2010.
