Yep, i find the same thing with mine.
I don't even get a month, two weeks at the max with it turned off and it'll
give me maybe 2 hours on the battery from a full charge.
I guess that must mean i should use it more often.
Is there over charge protection in that battery or in the radio? If i leave
it plugged in all the time it should maintain a maximum charge without
hurting the battery right?
sure can't beat the CW read out though, especially if you like to scan
around.
Or, if your in a new area and need to find and remember repeater freqs and
so on.
Its ok if you just preprogram everything and have no interest in frequency
hunting, but the ICT90 is perfect for a blind operater who likes to find
frequencies without having to have a set of eyes to read the display
everytime.
