Tom,

Check to see if the supply gets unusually hot.  If it doesn't, I wouldn't 
worry too much.  If you're only drawing 19 amps, you're not anywhere near 
the upper limit of what the supply can handle.  Of course, if you start 
smelling smoke, you should probably think about shutting down the radio 
because it will stop working when all the smoke is gone.
