    Well, I know that mine is much more horizontal than that, plus, I think 
they tied the ladder line to the spouting on the side of the house--not a 
good idea, now that I think about it.  May explain a lot of the trouble I'm 
having.

I've found a piece of PVC pipe, and now have to figure out how to cut it.

Never done that before.

But, hang in there, guys:  I'm learning.
