do you folks remember the yeasu 227? that was my first radio. boy, things have changed. then i had the icom300a that was a good radio in its day. now i have the kenwood 71a and that radio beats them all. the thing i have to learn is the 5meg steps for working ao51. i've have got in to the mount loma preta repeater from fairfield. boy what a radio.
