I have read all the posts and appreciate all the help. I have a very
unique situation where I am. I have no trees, a narrow lot and not many
places to put up antennas. I do eventually hope to get a beam antenna
but I can't round up the cash right now. I figure one piece at a time.
I will start with wire antennas and figure that 40 feet is far better
than say 10 or 20 feet. I have the tower and now I am working on
changing my storage space into a ham shack. This will make my run of
coax only about 50 feet. I'm taking one step at a time.a
