The 480 also has six as I recall, and besides repeaters on this band, 
there are ten meter repeaters as well.  These can be fun once the band 
opens back up.

I really think you'd like the 480.  One other option I bought is the base 
plate, probably not what you'd want in your motor home, but I like it on 
my desk so the radio is all in one package.  Radio mounts to this base 
plate, and the control head mounts in front of the rig.

I wish they'd put two and 440 on this rig, that would make it one heck of 
a rig.
