Hi Tom.

One more thing to keep in mind that might argue for staying with the lower 
power model.  If you buy one of the LDG auto tuners with the Kenwood 
interface, when you engage the tuner the radio will cut itself back to 100 
watts.  Take the tuner out of line, and the power goes back up to 200 
watts.  So, you might as well buy the 100 watt version and save yourself 
the grief.
