Mine has never been in the shop even, I have 1 minor problem where the 
monitor button no longer works, no big deal, and another slowly developing 
problem which I think when that gets bad I'll buy another one rather than 
send it in, but for the use it's had and my history with short life spans on 
HT's, I sure can't complain. My ICW32A is the one I use by far the most now 
anyway.
