Well, I haven't actually seen the radio, but here is part of a note that 
another ham sent me on description of the keys.  Perhaps it is misleading?
To the right of the MNU knob you have a row of 7 buttons.
The buttons are marked from the left to the right:
CALL with C.IN in smaller letters.
F with a key symbol (I guess key lock) in smaller letters.
TONE with T.SEL in smaller letters.
REV with SHIFT in smaller letters.
LOW with MUTE in smaller letters.
PF1 (I guess this button is programmable.)
PF2 (I guess this button is also programmable.)
To the right of 7 buttons you have two dual knob, each dual knob is
squelch/volume for each side (or band ) of the radio.
