that is why Canada still is seemingly one of the freest nations on earth.
We may be somewhat socialist, and tell really dumb fart jokes, but hey, we
can still do nearly anything we want without being fined, jailed, ostracized
or publicly reprimanded; especially since what we were doing was covered in
the constitution or charter of rights and freedoms.  It seems that everytime
i turn around, there is some new precedent being set in the US or else where
that limits the natural or legal rights and freedoms of humans.  Generally
for the benefit of the corporation or the benefit of the government, which,
by all accounts is the biggest corporation of them all.

What does this have to do with ham radio?
I don't know, but it seems like a good topic for a rag chew session
somewhere on 75 Meters.
