I received a forwarded message to my Philmore box that now, when you order 
from Tower Records, they add one percent of the cost of your order on as an 
out of country ser charge.  So it would now appear that the new owners of 
Tower, namely Tower Inc., is an out of country concern.

Further, they have redesigned their website so that it is not as user 
friendly to us as it once was.  So there it is folks, more of our jobs being 
outsourced.  73.
