well, since generally there is an onboard soundcard, I would think it would
be fairly stable being intigrated into the mother board.
One extra PCI soundcard shouldn't drastically effect the stability much
after that.
Perhaps if you were attempting to use two 7.1 PCI cards, there might be some
issues.  but a regular PCI stereo multichannel sound card along with the
onboard sound shouldn't even bear the question of bus instability.
