Tom,

The MC-60A will work.  So will an MC-80 (which is what I use), or an
MC-85. 
In the case of the latter two mics, you'll have to buy them used.
You'll also have to get an adaptor to go from the Kenwood 8-pin
connector to an RJ45, but those adaptors are readily available from any
good ham radio store.
