We have the ts2000 and never had a problem with ehich why I posted from the
other list I don't know about the icom pro as I have only operated that
radio at a club so I don't know of it under home conditions.

I had both radios and I did not experience any problems with either one =
of them.

Both ICOM and KENWOOD in my opinion always had good quality control.
