Hi.

There seems to be an effort in the industry to move to using less deviation 
on FM, which is ok if you have receivers that are designed for that, 
otherwise you get low audio.  I'm finding that most new radios exhibit low 
audio, and the cause generally seems to be about 2.5 KHz deviation.
