Not true.  Look at Freedom Scientific's web site.  Versions of JAWS from 
version 7.1 on do not support Windows 98 or ME.  Freedom Scientific directs 
you to run version 7.0 or older for 98 and ME, and version 6.20 or older 
for Windows 95.
