Hi;
I would be interested to know if it reads anything other than frequency and 
mode.  I was of the "opinion" that it would not go past frequency and mode.

Thanks for the info.

I really want to try this mode but I have to get a new hf transceiver first.

I'm looking at the new Yaesu FT450 which has a speech synthesizer in it.

It will talk mode and frequency but I'm not sure if it will read the menus.
