Hi, all.
I am now getting ready to work with the programming software for the TMV71A,
but have encountered a problem when trying to access the memory program
itself.
I went "on line", and downloaded a .EXE file called M2A100.
The file opens, and you begin the installation process for the TMV71A
programming software.
Once the software has been installed, I am directed to a file list under
program files called "kenwood", where there are 6 files.
However, when I open any of these 6 files, none appear to be the memory
programming software.
I'm obviously missing a step here.
Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
I will be out of town tomorrow, so won't be getting to e-mail till tomorrow
night, but will respond just as soon as I can.
Sorry to keep bugging everyone with TMV71A questions.
I'm making progress, though, and really love this new radio.
If you would rather reply "off list", use

Thanks, and 73 from Tom Behler: KB8TYJ
