Hello Richard.  No the Omni 6 is not a current rig, I think they went out of 
production in 2001 but they come on the used market for around 1100 to 1500 
and you can buy them used from T T for about 1500.  They also have Omni 6-3 
which is a upgrade to electricaly the same as a six plus and a bit cheaper. 
they have a plug in voice board if you can find one. The one I use every day 
was made in 1998.  The T T Omni five is also very nice.  73 Ed K7UC
