Howard, I had a Delta 1 several years back and it was the smoothest C W rig 
I have owned.  Very low noise floor but I forgot what filtering it had.  No 
speech however and that is mostly the reason I sold it but very fun radio. 
I now use a Omni 6 Plus which is a great rig.  K7UC
