    Colin:

First of all, I want to tell you that the cheat sheet you made up for the
TMV7A, and sent out a while ago, has been extremely helpful while we have
been traveling this summer. ... It is very thorough and well-done. ... It's
amazing what you forget about these radios when you are just at home, and
using the programmed memories.  (grin)

As I think you know, my problem with the TMV7A's I have is the reverse of
Bobby's situation--i.e. in my case, there's too much mic audio. But, I
guess I'm learning to live with it, at least for now.

I simply can't understand why Kenwood made adjusting things so difficult.

Is the situation the same with later Kenwood dual-band mobile rigs, like the
TMV708A, the TMD700A, or the TMV71A?

I might have the exact model numbers wrong, but hopefully everyone
understands what models I'm talking about.

73 and thanks for this great list.
