Subject: Radio Shack portable SW receiver

I was looking at portable radios at RS today and found three that seamed
nice, a Grundig $100 model with a leather case and handle. I do not
know the model number. =20

Secondly a Grundig 300 something $30 which seemed nice and finally a
larger one with direct frequency entry. I do not know the model number
for that one either but it is priced at about $40. =20

I saw that Harvey had the smaller one for sale at about $30 earlier on
this list. =20

What I would like to know is how the one with direct frequency entry
performs? While it is a bit larger than I wanted the direct entry may
make it a winner over the other radio. Thoughts please, as I want to
get one before I go on vacation. =20 ###Thank you!
