you can find the rules on the ARRL site. That's a shame about your clubs in 
the area, we're trying desperately to get more hams in since our heavy 
hitters all have plans this year, by heavy hitters I mean the ones we can 
count on each year. The crowd that can still be found there at 3 AM no 
matter what and don't leave until there's nothing left to take down. We're 
in it for the fun. Anyone's welcome, I don't think anyone on this list is 
close enough to come to our site in Attleboro MA but if they are, come on 
down and have fun.
