  I don't know who has it in different states.  It isn't specifically for 
  blind people, I'll call tomorrow and see if the Wisconsin agency that 
  handles the adaptive technology loan program might know for different 
  states.  It was originally designed to put lifts on vans, ramps on houses, 
  etc.
