Laptop Keyboard Problem

I'm running Vista on a Compaq Presario F750US.  It's a laptop.  Lately,
some of the keys
on the keyboard aren't working.  When I plug in my wireless keyboard, it
works.  I ran System Recovery, but the keyboard still doesn't work right.
Any ideas?
