Unless you use the speakers when on the radio switch them off if the problem
still persists (which it could) then the ferites should sort that out.

I will try all the suggestions.
If nothing works, I'll get a set of headphones.
I use the computer to run logging software.
I find it easier than writing everything down in Braille.
